Nowadays, computers are mostly used not only by young ones,but  also adults because of entertainments or anything that can make them happy or can give them more knowledge in different fields like technology. But due to the too much exposure of the computer, they become more stressful.

Remove Computer Stress in just Three Steps 
Here are my "three(3) steps or techniques on how to remove computer stress". First, you stand up firmly. Next, you inhale and exhale 10 times. And lastly, you jump five times. After you jump, take a relax for 4 minutes.
